Rules

1. Wild tails are only adoptable through Crystal Palace forums and only to members of *good* standing.

2.Wild tails need to be housed on their own page that links back here, *that way other people can find their way to get their own and won't be so inclined to steal em*. Pages must be up in a week, unless there is some reason that prevents this.

3. Please don't pass these off as your own work, YES they have been made in a 3D program using a core model *that incidentally I paid for, that includes the licensing fee to "charge for these if I was so inclined".

However I either purposely skin them pure white so I can then customize them in a 2D paint program or have made my own skins that I incorporate into the 3D program. These skins are not available anywhere...be warned I will be able to tell if you have stolen them..

And you better believe that I will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

4. It should go without saying don't steal any bodies pets and pass them off as your own, I keep records of where all my babies go.

5. Don't change Wild-Tails in anyway, how they leave my care is EXACTLY how I expect them to stay.

6. Websites must be able to be viewed by the public, so no closed journals, member only sites...

7. Right a prissy rule, please when naming your Wild Tail please take care not to use names that could be construed as racist, prejudiced, hateful or intolerant to cultures and religions. Also no curse words...it's just vulgar.

8. Do load them to your own machines, I will delete them off my web after a series has been sold, if you lose it, I'll take it for granted you didn't want it in the forst place and it will be given to someone else :).

** In good standing means that you have always abided by artists rules and regulations, that you haven't stolen someone else's work, that you are generally well thought of.

I am too much against artists that give of their time freely and generously being ripped off, I will not tolerate my art being used by such people.
